How It Works
To access this exclusive service, you must first register through the Hertz 24/7 website or the Hertz 24/7 app, available on iOS and Android. Once registered, you can check availability and reserve the commercial van that best suits your needs. The vehicles are strategically located in the parking lots of participating stores, making the pickup process quick and uncomplicated.
Near the reserved time, you will receive a code. Simply head to the rented van, enter the code on the Pin Pad, load your purchases into the van and hit the road. For rentals made through the Hertz 24/7 app, you should photograph the vehicle's condition before loading your purchases. After use, you must return the van to the same location, ensuring it's ready for the next user.
